Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
EBSCO Publishing in the amount of $41,000 for an Internet periodical subscription
service. The term of the agreement is for one year with an option to extend for one
additional year subject to the approval of the City Manager and the supplier.
