developer of S.P.I.C.E. Plaza, Block 3, Lots 1 and 5, for the replacement of an
undersized existing 6-inch force main with 932 linear feet of 10-inch PVC sanitary
sewer collection line.

APPLICATION FOR SEWERLINE REIMBUSEMENT
I, Rory Chen, owner and developer of proposed S.P.I.C.E. Plaza, Block 3, Lots I & 5
Subdivision, hereby request reimbursement of $38,302.00 for the installation of the sanitary
sewer (trunk line) (collection line) in conjunction with S.P.I.C.E. Plaza, Block 3, Lots 1 & 5
Subdivision, as provided for by City Ordinance No. 17396. Said $38,302.00 is the construction
cost, including 7.5% Engineering, in excess of the lot/acreage fee, as shown by the cost
supporting documents attached herewith.
