B1-0038-98 from Padre Ford, Corpus Christi, at a unit price of $20,290, total
expenditure of $1,176,820 based on only bid. 35 units are included in the 1997-98
Maintenance Services Fund Capital Outlay and 23 units from the 1997 Law
Enforcement Block Grant.
