Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 40,800 lbs of quick acting
hydraulic cement with Shepler's, Corpus Christi, Texas, based on the total Iow bid
of $20,940. The term of the contract will be twelve months with option to extend for
up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. This product is stocked in the Warehouse
and is used by various departments. Funds have been budgeted by the using
departments for FY 97~98.
