Motion approving a supply agreement with Southwestern Bell Wireless for the
purchase of cellular telephone airtime and telephones. The agreement is for one
12-month period with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. First
year estimated airtime cost is approximately $66,47'0, and telephone equipment
cost is estimated at $1,180.
