Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Participation
Agreement with A & J Construction, Inc., a Texas Corporation, for the design of
future construction of Sanitary Sewer Collection System for Sewer Planning Area
30 improvements consisting of a lift station and force main service line located in
the Vineyards Subdivision.
