MOTIONS- 12/9/97
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract in the
amount of $117,159.79 with Imperial, Inc. for ADA modifications at City-owned
facilities to bring high-use City-owned facilities into compliance with the Americans
with Disabilities Act and Article 9102 of the Texas Civil Statutes, Elimination of
Architectural Barriers Program.
