Motion approving the purchase of Gas Utility Liability Insurance from Associated
Electric and Gas Insurance Service through Brooke Insurance Agency with
coverage limit of $25,000,000 and $250,000 self-insured retention level for an
annual premium of $77,659 with three one- year renewal options in accordance with
Bid Invitation B1-0041-98. Funds are available in the City's Self Insurance Fund.
