Motion approving the Shoreline Boulevard landscaping and park improvements
plan, including palm replacement, irrigation improvements, park equipment and
construction, and design/inspection; and authorizing the City Manager or his
designee to amend Texas Parks and Wildlife Department local parks grant 50-
00082 as necessary to meet the purposes of the improvements plan.
