Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an effluent use
agreement with the APEX Golf Properties Corporation d.b.a. Pharaoh's Country
Club, which will permit the taking of effluent from the Oso Water Reclamation Plant
for the irrigation of the Pharaoh Golf Course.
