Motion approving a five year supply agreement for elevator/escalator maintenance
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0069-98 with Montgomery Kone Inc,, San
Antonio, Texas, based on the Iow bid of $363,516. The total for the first year is
$61,992. The term of the contract is five years, subject to annual appropriation, with
an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This service will be
used by various departments and funds have been budgeted in FY 97/98.
