Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2
to the Contract for Engineering/Consulting Services with Shiner, Moseley and
Associates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $71,000 for Pre-Planning for Post-
Hurricane/Disaster Recovery Operations.
