Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for legal services with the
law firm of Meridith, Donnell & Abernethy to represent the City of Corpus Christi in
the second trial of Kelly Lewis, Jr. v. City of Corpus Christi et al, No. 94-1650-B,
117th District Court, Nueces County, Texas, at an hourly rate of $125, subject to
appropriation.
