Motion approving a maintenance agreement for electronic monitor/defibrillators with
Physio-Control Corporation, based on sole source, for the total amount of
$15,367.49. The term of the contract is twelve months. The maintenance
agreement is for the cardiac monitor/defibrillators used by Emergency Medical
Services.
