MOTIONS - 2/10/98
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 28,100 tons of flexible base
caliche with Redland Stone Products, Inc,, Corpus Christi, Texas, based on the Iow
bid of $186,561. The term of the contract will be twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This material will be used by the
Street, Utility Departments and Elliott Landfill. Funds have been budgeted in FY 97-
98 by the using departments.
