MOTIONS - 2/10/98
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 1,100 bags of Portland
Type I Cement, 1,600 bags of Mortar Mix, and 3,500 bags of Concrete Mix in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0065-98 with MG Building Materials, Corpus
Christi, Texas, for an estimated annual expenditure of $16,574 based on best and
Iow bid. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to two additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. These items will be purchased for
Warehouse Inventory and charged out to various using departments throughout the
City. Funds have been budgeted in FY 97~98.
