Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract in the
amount of $402,150 with Shiner, Moseley & Associates, Inc. for the O.N. Stevens
Water Treatment Plant Sludge Lagoons and PrebSedimentation Basin Rehabilitation
Project.
