Motion authorizing the City Manager to accept Hazardous Materials Emergency
Preparedness Planning Grant in the amount of $28,480 from the Texas Department
of Public Safety Division of Emergency Management to fund: (a) the development
of Annex Q (Hazardous Materials Response) to the basic plan, (b) conduct
Hazardous Materials Incident Command Training and table top exercises via a
contract with Command Emergency Response Training, (c) to develop a public
education program and air it on public television.
