Motion approving a supply agreement with La Roche Industries, Inc., Seabrook,
Texas for approximately 250 tons of anhydrous ammonia in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0107-98, based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$53,250. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to extend
for up to two additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 97-98 by
the Water Department.
