Motion approving a supply agreement with Brance-Krachy Co., Inc., Houston, TX
for approximately 635 magnesium anodes in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0091-98, based on best bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $79,476. The
term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to two
additional twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted in FY 97-98 by the Gas
Department.
