MOTIONS - 3/10~98
Motion approving supply agreements for lubricating oils, greases and antifreeze with
the following companies, for the following amounts, in accordance with Bid Invitation
No. B1-0086-98 based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$79,196.50. The term of the contracts shall be for twelve months with options to
extend for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the
suppliers and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by
Maintenance Services and the Fire Department in FY 97-98.
