Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Contract
Amendment No. 5 for ratification of engineering and consulting services with
Goldston Engineering, Inc. for Bayfront Park Improvements for a fee reduction of
$109,858.75 and a restated contract amount of $267,555.25.
