Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to
the FY 97 Consolidated Annual Action Plan - Community Development Block Grant
Program by reprogramming $96,272 from the FY 94 Community Development Block
Grant Program and $544,200 from the FY 95 Community Development Block Grant
Program for additional FY 97 Community Development Block Grant project.
