Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and execute an
agreement with Arthur Anderson LLP for the purchase of a financial management
system, a human resource information system, and associated services for a cost
not to exceed $4,644,552 and an ongoing five year cost not to exceed $1,302,661,
for a total cost not to exceed $5,947,213.
