Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to
the agreement with Samberg /Corpus Christi, Inc., for acquisition of land and
development of a Factory Outlet Center by extending the deadline for closing on the
purchase of land to September 30, 1998 and increasing the first phase minimum
from 100,000 square feet to 125,000 square feet.
