Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a one-year lease
agreement with a one year option to renew with the Robert Driscoll and Julia
Driscoll and Robert Driscoll, Jr. Foundation to lease 5.307 acres of land known as
the Clara Driscoll Field.
