Motion approving the purchase of 2,800 aluminum sign blanks and blades from
Vulcan Signs, Foley, Alabama, in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0115-98
based on Iow bid for a total of $15,824. Funds have been budgeted by the Street
Department in FY 97-98.
