Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order No.
3 in the amount of $51,128 with Jalco, Inc. for additional cost associated with
substitution of reinforced fiberglass pipe in lieu of PVC pipe for the Carroll Lane
Trunk Main Rehabilitation, Phase 2 project.
