MOTIONS - 4/21/98
Motion approving a contract with Cooper Equipment Company, San Antonio, Texas,
to repair and modify an asphalt distributor in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0123-98 based on the Iow bid of $26,397.00. The distributor is used by the Street
Services Department. The repair, budgeted in the FY 97-98 Budget, will extend the
effective service life of the equipment as well as maximize its operational
capabilities.
