Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Quality Machine & Equipment Company of Corpus Christi, Texas in
the amount of $217,165 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant and Pumping
Plants: FY1998 On-Going Pump Maintenance Program.
