Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a professional
services agreement with Quadrant Productions for the purchase of video production
services for a 12-month period with an option to extend for up to two additional 12-
month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee, for a total annual cost not to exceed $60,000.
