Motion approving the purchase of hot tapping and plugging equipment in
accordance with Bid Invitation BI-0159-98 from T.D. Williamson, Inc., Tulsa, OK, for
the amount of$111,600.50, based on sole source. The equipment is to be used by
the Gas Department and is budgeted in the FY 1997-98 Capital Outlay.
