Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to
Joint Funding Agreement No. TX98029 with the U.S. Geological Survey for Federal
FY 1997-98, authorized by Motion No. M97-295 on October 14, 1997, to upgrade
and install river gaging stations and reservoir measurement equipment within the
Nueces River Basin Surface-Water Network at a cost not to exceed $68,600, with
future year operation and maintenance costs subject to appropriation.
