Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with the
National Renewable Energy Laboratory of the U.S. Department of Energy in the
amount of $60,000 to fund the city's development of a prototype Emissions
Reduction Credit Trading Program within the Clean Cities Initiative for the Corpus
Christi area.
