Motion approving a supply agreement with City Dairy Services, Corpus Christi,
Texas in accordance with Coastal Bend Council of Governments Bid Invitation
No. CBCOG-98-8, for milk and dairy products consisting of homogenized milk,
buttermilk, Iow fat milk, Iow fat chocolate milk, and skim milk, based on Iow bid for
an estimated six months expenditure of $19,525.95. The term of the agreement
shall be for six months with an option to extend for up to three additional months,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted by Senior Community Services in FY 97-98 and requested for
FY98-99.
