Motion approving a supply agreement with International Supply, Corpus Christi,
Texas for pre-fabricated fiberglass manhole enclosures in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0087-98 based on Iow total bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $25,976.35. The term of the contract shall be for twelve months with
an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been
budgeted by the Wastewater Department in FY 97-98 and requested for FY 98-99.
