Motion authorizing City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
Browning Ferris, Inc. for the receiving, processing and marketing of recyclables
from the City's curbside recycling and drop off facilities for a three year term with
options for two additional one year term extensions with the City to receive 75% of
all proceeds for all newspaper that is sold at a price in excess of $39/ton.
