Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with R.S. Black Civil Engineers and Contractors/Machinery & Materials, a
Joint Venture, of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $135,800 for the Oso and
Allison Wastewater Treatment Plant Weir Cleaners Installation and Broadway
Wastewater Treatment Plant Blower Rehabilitation - 1998.
