Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to
the Participation Agreement with A & J Construction, Inc., a Texas Corporation,
identifying the "not to exceed" costs of $1,300,000 for construction of public
improvements including a Lift Station and Force Main Service Line as a portion of
the collection system for Sewer Planning Area 30 and providing a schedule for
placing the permanent lift station into operation.
