Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a supply agreement
with Waste Recovery, Inc., of Baytown, Texas for furnishing trailers for storing,
transporting, and disposing of whole waste tires for the Solid Waste Services and
the Maintenance Services Departments in accordance with Bid Invitation BI-01
98 for a term of one year with an option to extend for two additional one year
periods, at estimated total cost of $54,450 per year.
