Motion authorizing the purchase of a 12,311 square foot land parcel in the amount
of $104,500, being all of Lots 7 and 8, Block 7, Bluff Portion of Central Wharf and
Warehouse Company's Subdivision, a map of which is recorded in Volume "A",
Page 15, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas, from Robert E. Brunkenhoefer.
