Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract in the
amount of $55,713 with ECS Construction for ADA modifications at the Dr. W.R.
Metzger Health Center and the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History to
bring high-use City-Owned facilities into compliance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act and Article 9102 of the Texas Civil Statutes, Elimination of
Architectural Barriers Program.
