Motion concurring with the City Manager's decision to implement Condition I of the
Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan to encourage water customers
to voluntarily conserve and limit their use of water to include avoiding the use of
water for irrigation purposes between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
