Motion approving a reduction in the screening fence requirement by not requiring
the installation of the screening fence along the North, South, East and West
boundary lines subject to one (1) condition, as amended:
Should the property be subdivided or sold to different owners, or exceed 13
travel trailers or RV spaces (all RV spaces shall be reserved for use by
members only), the screening fence must be installed.
