Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a construction
contract with Garrett Construction, Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of
$2,348,968 for the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant: Sludge Lagoons and
Presedimentation Basin Rehabilitation, Stage 1.
