Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an advance funding
agreement with the State of Texas, acting through its Texas Transportation
Commission, setting forth responsibilities for the reconstruction of expressway
illumination of S.H. 286 (Crosstown Expressway) from Interstate 37 to S.H. 358 (S.
Padre Island Drive Expressway), and authorizing the deposit of $96,155.40 with the
Texas Department of Transportation as the City's share of construction costs.
