Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Attachment No. 5
to Contract No. 7460005741-99 with the Texas Department of Health, in the amount
of $663,552 for the continued funding of group nutrition education, individual
counseling, immunization services, and distribution of food vouchers at no cost to
individuals identified as having nutritional deficiencies and/or nutritional risk during
the period October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999.
