Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Attachment
Numbers 03 and 04 to Contract No. 7460005741-99 with the Texas Department of
Health in the amount of $117,975 for regional administrative services and $162,823
for tuberculosis prevention and control for the period September 1, 1998 to August
31, 1999.
