in the amount of $298,505 to the contract with Urban Engineering, Inc. expanding
the scope of engineering services for the Southside Transmission Main - Stevens
Plant to Clarkwood Road Project to include related additional services and Oso
Creek Pumping Plant - New Pumping Plant and Storage Reservoir.
