Motion approving supply agreement with Hughes Supply, Corpus Christi, Texas for
approximately 1,201 service saddles, ranging in size from 3/4" - 12" in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. B1-0006-99 based on only bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $20,080.71. The term of the supply agreement will be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds
have been budgeted in FY 98-99 by the using department.
